EPL: Another Chelsea star to join Giroud, Tomori at AC Milan
Chelsea star, Hakim Ziyech is being linked with a move to AC Milan in January.
According to Calciomercato, Chelsea are ready to sanction a loan exit for Ziyech, with Milan emerging as a potential destination for the Morocco international.
Ziyech is expected to leave Chelsea on an initial loan deal, with Milan to have an option of buying him permanently.
The winger has struggled to establish himself as a regular starter at Chelsea since joining the club from Ajax in the summer of 2020 for a €40 million deal.
The 28-year-old has scored only two goals so far this season in 12 appearances across competitions for Chelsea.
His struggle for game time under Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, is expected to continue despite the club’s injury crisis.
Recall that Chelsea have a good relationship with AC Milan.
The west London club sent three players, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Olivier Giroud and Fikayo Tomori, to San Siro in the summer.
And with Ziyech, Chelsea hopes to continue the trend.
