1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


2. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted:

  • You’ll receive a return shipping label

  • We’ll provide clear instructions on how and where to send your item

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)

5. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product?

The fastest way is to return your original item. Once the return is approved and processed, simply place a new order for the replacement item.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund

If it’s been more than 7 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund
